At Month CPAP Club, we have a goal to make the common hassle of getting all your CPAP supplies when you need them as simple as possible. We have taken a customer-focused and flexible approach to exchanges, refunds, and returns as a part of that mission.
For all complete masks, we offer a 30-day no hassle guarantee. This simply means that you can return it to us open or unopened and we’ll provide a full refund minus the cost to ship it back to us. As a part of this program, we do require the masks be sent back to us with all parts included. A full refund minus shipping will be provided to the user.
For those users that simply ordered the wrong size or model and would like an exchange, our process is simple as well. Simply contact us online to let us know you would like a different size or model. Someone from our team might reach out to make sure we have all the details correct. Then, we’ll have you ship back the original product to us and we’ll ship you the mask, tubing, or filters you prefer.
