    Monthly CPAP Club was founded by Fairway Medical in Tempe, AZ. Our company has served residents of Arizona with CPAP supplies since 2010. We became Arizona’s most respected and dependable provider of respiratory therapy services and CPAP supplies with an experienced and helpful staff that services patients of all ages and medical conditions.

    As Fairway Medical grew, we looked for a way to simplify and automate the process for CPAP patients around the country to get their CPAP supplies at the lowest possible price with the easiest process possible. Our many years of experience with CPAP patients gave us a unique view into how to provide the best service and solution. Monthly CPAP Club was born from that desire to deliver our services to patients around the country.

    Monthly CPAP Club was designed so that you don’t have to worry about when it’s time to replace your supplies. You are setup on automatic schedule for new mask, tubing, and filters every three month with email reminders for changing filters and replacing cushions. You can cancel or delay your next shipment at any time and simply pay the three total payments for the last shipment you received.

    Monthly CPAP Club splits the cost of your favorite mask into three monthly payments. All club members get free standard tubing and free filters for their machine with every standard order.     Monthly CPAP Club and Fairway Medical are committed to help those in need. Inspired by the loss of their 14-year old Lab, the founders of Monthly CPAP Club and Fairway Medical started Arizona Animal Rescue Mission (AARM) in 2015. The charity was founded to save homeless animals.

    We continue to donate and raise money to ensure every animal in the Maricopa country receives quality care and they are given the best chance to find a full-time, loving home.
